The opening night of the Arlington Jazz Festival will feature an opening set featuring vocalist Debbie Lane backed by: Joe Reid - keyboard, Dan Fox - bass, Steve Langone - drums
The main act for the evening will be vocalist Debby Larkin with the same rhythm section plus special guest Jeff Stout on trumpet.
Join us for a an evening of cool jazz standards with some of our jazzy classic rock tunes sprinkled in. The Morningside Quintet is Bill Kuklinski, guitar; Tim McLaughlin and Mike Zack, saxophones; Dan Fox, bass; Jeff Greenwald, drums. After the opening set by our house band, we invite musicians to sit in for the second set. The music starts at 8:00 pm.
The Psychedelic Jazz Experiment will be kicking off the Arlington Jazz Festival at The Common Ground Restaurant, followed by great Latin jazz by The Boston/Havana Connection. Join us as we perform hip new jazz arrangements of favorites from the 60s by The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, The Byrds, and more! Featuring Bill Kuklinski, guitar; Debbie Lane, vocals; Doug Harrison, bass; Tim Blackman, keyboard; Tim McLaughlin and Mike Zack, saxophones; Jeff Greenwald, drums.
